We’ve all been quite busy here this week at PureBond headquarters, packing away all the swag, like some totally cool, quilted, silver, bags that are to die for, that we’re taking to Haven again this year, not to mention other bits and pieces of swag, a $200 Visa Gift Card give-a-way, product information and much more, that we have to give away to those that stop by to say “Hi” at our booth! However, new for us this year will be a breakfast sponsorship we are doing with Home Depot (they sell PureBond hardwood ya know) where they are planning on having an interactive, take-away, something (we don’t know what yet) made from PureBond hardwood plywood at the breakfast, so keep an eye out for that as well! In addition, as a Haven first, PureBond will be supplying wood panels to Kreg Tools, so stop by their booth and check that out as well!
And for those you who are now totally confused about “What Haven is?”, here is the scoop…Haven is a DIY/decorating professional blogging conference which takes place July 16-18, 2015 in Atlanta, GA. The conference brings 400 pro-bloggers together with over 100 sponsor representatives for a 3 day event. Sessions focus on improving skills in blogging, decorating, home improvement, photography, writing, social media, brand relationships, book writing, and more! Our conference began in 2012 and each year attracts the most notable DIY/Home bloggers in the blogosphere. How cool is all that? We can’t wait to see everyone in a couple of weeks!
This might be the best DIY garage storage project we’ve ever seen, all courtesy of Jay Bates of Jay’s Custom Creations using our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood that he purchased at his local Home Depot! For complete project How-to check out the short video above or click here!
This project is a little bit tour of our norm but we are loving the functionality of this of this mobile Paul Paulk inspired workbench that was created with our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood (purchased at his local Home Depot of course) by craftsman, Jay of Jay’s Custom Creations, Inc.!
It was Jay’s intent to construct a lightweight, mobile, workbench for his shop that will serve as not only his workbench but his assembly table and outfeed table as well…multi-tasking at it’s best! For more information on this project and all how-to click here and/or watch the above video!
Check out the newest DIY project from Shanty-2-Chic, a board and batten hat rack made for a 11 year old’s bedroom! We think the project turned out terrific and what better to place to use our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood than a bedroom where you’re spending a lot of your time, making air quality an even more critical issue! As always the Shanty’s purchased the panel at their local Home Depot…to find a Home Depot near you click here and additional details on this project, read more here!
Another great DIY build by Jen Woodhouse of The House of Wood blog! This newest creation of Jen was made for some of her friends (have we said lately that we want to be one of her lucky friends?) who desperately needed a desk, as evidenced by the ironing board to the right that they were using! The project was made with our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood using Ehler desk plans, specialty legs and from what Jen says some hardware that almost drove her to drink For the complete how-to on this project, click here!
