DIY Board and Batten Hat Rack from Shanty-2-Chic

PureBond hardwood plywoodCheck out the newest DIY project from Shanty-2-Chic, a board and batten hat rack made for a 11 year old’s bedroom! We think the project turned out terrific and what better to place to use our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood than a bedroom where you’re spending a lot of your time, making air quality an even more critical issue! As always the Shanty’s purchased the panel at their local Home Depot…to find a Home Depot near you click here and additional details on this project, read more here!

PureBond Writing Desk

ehlers-ironing-boardAnother great DIY build by Jen Woodhouse of The House of Wood blog! This newest creation of Jen was made for some of her friends (have we said lately that ehlers-desk-styled01we want to be one of her lucky friends?) who desperately needed a desk, as evidenced by the ironing board to the right that they were using! The project was made with our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood using Ehler desk plans, specialty legs ehlers-desk-painted02and from what Jen says some hardware that almost drove her to drink :) For the complete how-to on this project, click here!

DIY Metal and PureBond Coffee Table

DIY-Metal-and-Wood-Coffee-TableDIY-Patterned-Wood-TabletopAnother fabulous DIY project courtesy of the ladies at Shanty-2-Chic that used our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood in the construction! In fact, the finished table with its patterned top reminds us of one that Jen Woodhouse from The House of Wood blog did for our past Power Tools for Pink breast cancer awareness contest a couple of years ago…we loved the look then and we still love it now!

purebondThe plans for this project came from Jamison, Rogue Engineer and the metal base came from Tyler Wayne a friend whom also apparently possesses some welding talents! In fact, click here to check out some more things in his Etsy shop! For details and complete project How-to, click here!

PureBond Antique Mall Booth

IMG_8845-1024x768This project is a bit out of the norm for us here at Columbia but we’re loving the fact that it’s unique and something we haven’t seen before from one of our DIY bloggers! The project is not yet finished yet (see progress photos) but when complete it will be a store/booth inside an antique mall that is being IMG_8846-1024x768constructed from our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood. This creation was the brainchild of Christine at Let’s Get Crafty…we think she’s off to a fabulous start and can’t wait to see the finished store! For more on this from Christine, click here!
