We are totally psyched about this multi-taking, flip desk (check out video above of desk in action) made from a single sheet of PureBond hardwood plywood (purchased at The Home Depot, of course) by Ben Uyeda from HomeMade Modern. This DIY desk is absolutely perfect for small living spaces, making it a fabulous choice for either an apartment dweller or small home owner…or even a large home owner that just doesn’t want to take up a lot of room with a big work space! We haven’t seen a PureBond project like this before...a faux fireplace created out of our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood purchased at Home Depot by blogger and DIYer extraordinaire Lady Goats a.k.a Gina! This interesting little piece looks easy to do for even the beginner DIYer, so if you have a space in your home that is begging for this kind of treatment we highly advise that you check out her recent blog post complete with instructions by clicking here!
You must see this awesome office makeover that includes some pretty fabulous PureBond hardwood plywood bookshelves by Elizabeth and Julia, the DIYers and bloggers (BTW’s they are also twins) behind the Southern Color blog! Click here to check out their blog post on the project that includes instructions and how-to from where to buy PureBond (at the Home Depot in stores and cut sizes online and delivered to your door) to design tips on painting the interior of the bookshelves to create depth and contrast! We absolutely LOVE the end result and hope to see more from these two!
DIY PureBond wood paneling by PureBond Idea Team member Ashley of Simply Designing with Ashley blog! This project highlighted a kid’s bathroom re-do where paneling was selected as a material of choice not only for the great aesthetic it created but for its durability as an easily cleanable surface….perfect for a kid’s bathroom area! We think the project turned out quite fabulous and are enamored with not only how Ashley created paneling from ripped PureBond panels but also how she incorporated some pretty cool moulding tricks! I’m so excited to finally be able to share this project with you from PURE Inspired Design!!!! Samantha Cobos the eco-conscience blogger, DIYer and all else behind PURE Inspired Design created this fabulous PureBond dining table from Maple PureBond hardwood plywood panels she purchased at her local Home Depot store!
According to Samantha, she had the panels cut it to size, as well as some 1×3 solid maple board to frame the table. She then added 2×4 underneath so she had a place to screw on the IKEA legs. Once it was finish it was sanded, she applied many coats of clear wax, which I think really brings out the grain and natural beauty of our PureBond products!
