PureBond Antique Mall Booth

IMG_8845-1024x768This project is a bit out of the norm for us here at Columbia but we’re loving the fact that it’s unique and something we haven’t seen before from one of our DIY bloggers! The project is not yet finished yet (see progress photos) but when complete it will be a store/booth inside an antique mall that is being IMG_8846-1024x768constructed from our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood. This creation was the brainchild of Christine at Let’s Get Crafty…we think she’s off to a fabulous start and can’t wait to see the finished store! For more on this from Christine, click here!

Imported vs. Domestically Made Hardwood Plywood…That is the Question!

Check out this short video courtesy of DIYer Jay of Jay’s Custom Creations, on the perils and disappointment over imported plywood option, versus the virtues of our North American made, formaldehyde-free, PureBond hardwood plywood. Click on video below to view!

PureBond Closet Tower

ladygoats-closet-6The newest DIY build from Gina at Lady Goats, a much-needed Closet Tower for Baby Goats’ bedroom! Per Gina, this really was a much-needed closet addition, not only for the storage space but because during a closet clean out she discovered at bit (or a lot) of mold that ladygoats-closet-5called for a complete closet strip down, re-do! As with past projects chose to use our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood that she purchased at her local Home Depot!  For complete project How-To click here!

Ballard Designs Inspired Dresser

emily-dresser-done-03wmWe said this in an earlier post but, why don’t we have friends who make us fabulous furniture like Jen Woodhouse from The House of Wood DIY and lifestyle blog? Now we’re saying it again with this right on time Ballard Designs inspired dresser that she created from scratch using our formaldehyde-free PureBond hardwood plywood that she purchased at her local Home Depot (you can also purchase PureBond online at Home Depot). The dresser was created to go with the matching nightstands from an earlier build that Jen did for her emily-nightstand-scrollsawfriend Emily (yep, the friend that we currently envying)!  We think the dresser and earlier nightstands are pretty much perfection and hope to see more creations from Jen in the near future :) Click here for the complete how-to with free plans!

Turned Leg Buffet Table

DIY-Turned-Leg-Console-500x750We’re a bit in love with this turned leg buffet table created by hand from the sisters at Shanty-2-Chic  DIY blog! As always Whitney and Ashley used our formaldehyde-free Birch PureBond hardwood plywood for this build (NOTE: you can purchase PureBond panels in-store and online at your local Home Depot) Turned-Leg-DIY-Console-500x750utilizing plans courtesy of  Jay’s Custom Creations! And P.S. pretty much this entire room is DIY minus the lighting and the rug :) Click here for more project details and click here for free plans!
